Frequently asked questions

Do I need a consultation first?

Yes — every new client has a consultation before treatment. For most treatments it can be done immediately before, on the same appointment. For some, a cooling-off period is required by law or by good practice, and we will tell you in advance if that applies.

What if I have a question after my treatment?

Call or message at any time. You will be given a direct number at your appointment and aftercare concerns are always answered as a priority.

Do you treat under-18s?

No. It is illegal in England to administer injectable cosmetic treatments to anyone under 18, and we do not treat under-18s for any treatment on the menu. Photo ID may be requested.
