Every treatment journey begins with a thorough consultation. We’ll discuss your concerns, assess your skin or treatment area and create a personalised plan tailored to you, your goals, your lifestyle and your budget. If a treatment isn’t suitable or Clare doesn’t believe it will benefit you, she will always be open and honest about this.
As a Registered Nurse and Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner, Clare brings extensive clinical experience to every appointment. You can expect high standards of hygiene and sterile technique, carefully selected professional products, complications-trained care and dedicated aftercare and support.

Clare Dootson is a registered nurse with 18 years of clinical experience, now working full time in medical aesthetics at The Dermagen Clinic in Bolton.
Her clinical background shapes how everything here is done: careful assessment before treatment, sterile technique, medical-grade products, and aftercare you can actually reach someone about.
How it works
Your appointment is never rushed. You’ll have time to talk through your concerns, ask questions and understand your options before deciding whether treatment is right for you.
Book online, send me a message on Instagram or contact the clinic directly. We’ll find an appointment time that works for you.
We’ll start with a full consultation, including your medical history, your concerns and what you’d like to achieve. I’ll assess the treatment area and give you honest advice about what is likely to help — and what may not.
Where appropriate and safe, your treatment may be carried out at the same appointment. If you would prefer more time to think, or a separate appointment is more suitable, there is absolutely no pressure to go ahead on the day.
You’ll receive clear aftercare advice and ongoing support following your treatment. Injectable treatments are reviewed at around two weeks where appropriate, giving us the opportunity to check how everything has settled and discuss your result.
